Sabehia Mohamed brings over 30 years of experience in organisational change, leadership, and team development. Her mission is to empower individuals and organisations to unleash their full potential and enhance work performance. Sabehia is a firm believer in harnessing unique personal strengths to achieve genuine authenticity and effectiveness.
She excels in facilitating group dynamics and guiding individuals through behavioural change with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach. Her style is both challenging and supportive, promoting deeper insights into thinking, actions, and emotions to address and resolve client issues.
Sabehia’s extensive international experience of working in diverse cultures particularly in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and the Caribbean has sharpened her understanding of the complex challenges faced by people and organisations in varying social, political, and economic contexts.
Sabehia holds multiple qualifications, including a master’s degree in French and German, an Executive MBA in International Business, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. She also has a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching (ICF accredited), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an Executive Fellow of Henley Business School.
Before founding her consulting firm, Sabehia spent eight years as a senior consultant with KPMG and Sheppard Moscow. She has also held senior leadership positions, such as Head of Human Resources for Berkshire County Council’s Education Department and Personnel Manager of Aberdeen College, Scotland’s largest further education college. Additionally, the Director of Grampian Racial Equality Council and a Teacher of Modern Languages.
